This course offers students an interactive space to learn group work and collaboration.

 Students should understand first the difference between a team and a group. They must deduce the role of the leader in coordination within teams and objectives. Furthermore, they must define the different leadership styles by detecting the best conditions for applying each style in team work.

They explore practical applications of effective teamwork and collaboration, including aligning team goals, improving communication and coordination, leveraging individual strengths, and fostering a sense of shared ownership.
